Horrible courier service. They are fraud and scammers. My parcel was not delivered but their update showed that my house is closed and we have left the place which is a lie and when I tried to call call the customer care every time they were asking me to update with a online payment of 5 rupee and when I asked them their office location they refused to give instead used abusive words and said go and find another courier service.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
