A worst service provider. I booked a parcel from Bengaluru to Samastipur while booking they took the pin code of delivery location and told parcel will be delivered there and once parcel reached to destination they called and asked to come and collect your parcel as the pin code is not serviceable really? Then why the hell you have booked the parcel?

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
