I sent a saree to my sister from Santipur,Nadia to Kolkata on Monday by DTDC courier. A parcel takes 2 days to reach Kolkata from Nadia. The tracking result is showing it's delivered but my sister has not received it yet. Where is the parcel delivered? Really awful experience.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
