Very poor quality of service Not reliable and can't believe that my parcel took 8 days to deliver from Pune to Ahmedabad. Parcel collected on 8th November 2023 and it goes to Bangalore centre and then it travel to Ahmedabad and delivered on 16th November 2023. I can't believe such poor quality service by a reputed Courier service Ashamed of service

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
