My home delivery parcel still not received,after showing out for delivery before two days. No contact number available to contact and simply they are announcing that myself not available at location without contact me even 1 time. Worst service I had from DTDC.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
