Worst service.i have ordered on 14th of Nov 23 and when I saw the tracking ,the picking was always cancelled and resuduled.for more than 5 days and when I called the CS ,one person asked money for verifying my address..till today 21st November I have not received the pocket from bangalore. To THE IRONY I SENT ONE POCKET FROM INDIA TO USA AND IT REACHED THE DESTINATION WITHIN 4 DAYS THRO DHL COURIER .

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
