I would like to give 0 star for DTDC service.... No proper customer care service.... And compulsory we should talk in Hindi, if u talk in other languages they will cut the call.... DTDC branch service also worst... If we mail also they won't give proper response to that.... After paying delivery charges, they will ask extra for website charges..... This is the worst service ever seen....

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
