The parcel didn't reach home after 6 days. Then we contact different branches in our location by visiting there. At last at one branch we got our parcel. They didn't deliver it to our location. This was very bad to experience this type of situation with a renowned courier company DTDC.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
