Pathetic experience with DTDC courier, courier booked one month before from Coimbatore to Trivandrum and I am surprised to see the status after 10 days it's in RTO stage due to no service at Trivandrum, but still not returned the same even after several mail communications and closed the ticket as the parcel delivered...pls look into this on emergency basis. DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
