After poor service, now the employees seem to be in thieving service.They detain goods bought by customers and take money to handover.My order to LT services in Amazon portal has been sent to Salt lake thru'DTDC. But now these staffs will not transfer the article unless I pay them money And they want the money thru' digital mode.It seems Management of DTDC is simply enjoying our harassment.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
