Pathetic customer support. Absolutely rude and arrogant guy named Nitin Kumar Sharma contacted me and while I was struggling with the order he said.. "hum free nahi baithe hain for you " (I'm not free to settle your issue") I need a call back and want to file a complaint against his ruthless behaviour.customer care is there to "support" we expect respect and diligent behaviour.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
