Worst service and response. Will never use this courier service. Blue dart is far far better. I tried for the first time and I was really harassed by this DTDC....do not even think of using this courier. I was told that my parcel would reach in four days from Kota to Pune...I paid 2800/- rupees...but till tenth day there was no updates. I had to run behind them regularly and finally!!! Pathetic response from DTDC

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
