It shows out for delivery since morning (03/12/23) but has not arrived yet. Called customer care was on hold for 10mins before getting connected to the 1st agent (Mitali) she disconnected the call stating she couldn't hear me after listening to the query where as I could hear her clearly. Called again wait time was again 10mins 2nd agent (Divya) with whom I 1st confirmed if she could hear me she said yes and then I asked her where my parcel is, which she said is out for delivery and would be delivered before 7pm, another 30mins to go for 7pm. However she could not confirm if it would be delivered today or no, direct delivery agent number should be provided for customers convinence people do have work apart for waiting for the parcel to arrive.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
