Very poor service. I had booked courier by Air service on 1st of December 2023 from vaishali ghaziabad to katni M.P and today is 5th December. And still we haven't received my parcel . Seriously very poor experience.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
