They never called me up for delivery purpose but it has been mentioned that the customer is unavailable how it is possible without knowing how this people can return my parcel back to the same place from where it has been dispatched very much disappointed with this courier system

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
