Didn't deliver parcel but their tracking system is showing delivered and accepted by receptionist. Such a bunch of liars and fraudsters they are. I paid a whopping amount of 1600 for express delivery, its been 2 days now and still not delivered. Please shut down this pathetic courier service. I could have delivered the parcel myself within 3-4 hours.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
