Very Poor service. You don't inform the customers that you don't have delivery to that particular pincode address. When the parcel arrives at your nearest branch, you people ask the customer to come and take the parcel. Your Pondicherry Branch Manager is very impolite. He never try to redress the problem of his customer. Finally your person could not deliver the parcel to my address. I was asked to come and collect the parcel

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
