It's very pathetic service DTĎC, I was suppose to get the delivery on 3th April but I get a message in night 11:00 pm tries to deliver the product but couldn't deliver but the fact is I didn't get any call from DTDC. I registered the complaint but no follow up I don't think DTDC understand what is Customer service. Today again I had to do a follow up to listen that it will take 2 more days to deliver. Very disappointed with DTDC service.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
