Poor service 4 days complete my parsal not delivered yet Even customer care does not do your work Due to agent's mistake the parcel got mismatched and has not been delivered yet. Now there is no response I would suggest people to book from the app and not make any delivery through it My tracking ID U61624560

Very bad service of this courier service . I will inform other customer not to use this service After 8 days when I call customer service . They say that the parcel is held . Reason not known . They want me to go on different site , lodge complaint , Pay Rs 2 for tracing my documents . Speed post document reached in 3 days . Who will refund the courier charges . No intimation of documents
