My parcel was supposed to deliver on 15 may 2024 and it was a day late, also the parcel had fragile item with glass in it, when delivered the receiver found that the glass is fully broken and the other parts of the items were damaged too, poor service

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
