Worst service ever i have seen till now No proper support from customer service If you want to get an update regarding your delivery and you them to know, then they ask you to cancel the courier They only speak in hindi and no other language Worst worst worst worst worst

Very bad service of this courier service . I will inform other customer not to use this service After 8 days when I call customer service . They say that the parcel is held . Reason not known . They want me to go on different site , lodge complaint , Pay Rs 2 for tracing my documents . Speed post document reached in 3 days . Who will refund the courier charges . No intimation of documents
