very bad service, I ordered on 13/6/24, track Id, T27898121, phone number 9010143555, till 19/6/24 also I had not received my parcel, customer service number is not working, even no call receive from dtdc..... Help me plz

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
