DTDC review by Sarath Chandra Sarma

D02126639 It was booked on 11 Jun. Until 20 th June it was kept at origin. Horrible negligence of and not knowing where the parcel is. When called the booking agent was very careless in response. No responsibility. Dtdc didn't know how to track the parcels. Who is responsible for the delay and the loss of perished items in parcel. What should dtdc pay for the tension and frustration caused by the delay? I think this should be brought to notice of consumer forum and make dtdc speak. Because there is clear evidence...i am sure dtdc must respond.

  • Very bad service of this courier service . I will inform other customer not to use this service After 8 days when I call customer service . They say that the parcel is held . Reason not known . They want me to go on different site , lodge complaint , Pay Rs 2 for tracing my documents . Speed post document reached in 3 days . Who will refund the courier charges . No intimation of documents
