My parcel picked from Hadapsar Pune to deliver Nanded City Pune(only 25 KM within Pune city) didn't deliver by this courier from last 5 days (24/06/2024 to 28/06/2024) I have called multiple time but no response worst delivery service, they don't understand customer pain. I am very very disappointed about this courier team attitude.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
