Very very bad service. They don't have wider coverage area. and the bad thing is inspite of having no coverage they take delivery order on that area and hold your parcel for a long time. The customer service is also third class. No one is replying the call and don't expect to get any reply from them. Rubbish...

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
