Terrible experience. It took DTDC 1 week to deliver an envelop from Mumbai to Noida. I got no explanation for thendelay except "due to route change". My packet reached Delhi and then suddenly the status online showed that its shipped to Bangalore. So my packet stated from Mumbai, reached Delhi, then reached Bangalore and finally Noida. Wow!!

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
