I sent a small parcel to Gandhinagar, Gift City from South Mumbai by Air on Friday evening, for 2 days nothing happened, it was lying in Ahmedabad. I was in a panic mode on Monday as the parcel had to reach my client. I kept calling DTDC MUMBAI office continuously and finally at 4.00 pm I got the number of the franchisee in Gift City, I started calling him up continuously and finally he gave me the delivery boys number, I called him and his information was that he would try his best to deliver by late evening, then he suggested that sendhim Rs 100/- and he would deliver in 10 minutes, on confirmation from my clients that they received the parcel I paid him Rs 100/- via gpay. It was shocking to my clients too. Shame on you DTDC.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
