One of the worst, more than a worst delivery/courier service i have ever encountered in my life. They charged a hefty amount and their service is the lowest, i will never in my life going to use dtdc service ever. Soon i will be complaining about the working style of dtdc and the way they are exploiting the customers to the consumer's court. And a kind request to everyone don't use this service tell you friends and family as well. We the public should unite and shut this down. It's been 10 days yet i haven't recieved my parcel.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
