Very bad experience, product not delivered its 11 days lapse .. not proper customer service. Delivery boy said you require to mention your address further ..and they charge extra money to buyer .. i had already pay delivery charges to seller.. the delivery boy not receiving phone call its phone number +91 90606 31894. .. mo customer service properly.. worst experience , very bad dtdc.. My tracking id M37387854

Very bad service of this courier service . I will inform other customer not to use this service After 8 days when I call customer service . They say that the parcel is held . Reason not known . They want me to go on different site , lodge complaint , Pay Rs 2 for tracing my documents . Speed post document reached in 3 days . Who will refund the courier charges . No intimation of documents
