Really pathetic service, I have exchanged many packages through DTDC earlier it was quite ok. But now they have lost me, it's been 6 days from the date of delivery but still I haven't received my package, every day I get the message about my package being on the way to get delivered and then nothing, no calls from delivery guys. But at night I get another message about, delivery agents could not deliver my package because I was not available or I didn't attend the call. Total useless and dishonest people without any professionalism. The package is my books and I need them urgently but I'm still waiting....

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
