Terrible courier service, horrible customer care. had very bad experience. The parcel (R83641154) containing plants were send from Kerala on 8th july and reached me on 29th july!!!!! 21 long days... imagine the state of the plants in the parcel. All the exotic plants in he parcel were COMPLETLY ROTTEN. I received the consignment with the label " COMPLETE DAMAGE" as well. The consignment had been completely damaged. Cannot believe that DTDC has deteriorated to this extent. After writing to the customer care, i get a reply to accept their sincere apologies for the unintentional delay caused in this regards. It seems they understand how disappointed I must be!!!!!! And it seems i need to Kindly contact the Booking point as this was not insured and booking procedure is not followed. I dont understand what do they mean by insuring? having paid Rs.340 charges for less than one kg of parcel. I am shocked and suprised to read that customer care is asking a customer to go back and contact the Booking point for insured and booking procedure. Then what is the customer support for?. Looks like they are to direct customer back to the desk. It is not a matter of apology. I am asking you why and where did the parcel get stuck for 21 long days?? (more than . Inspite of mentioning the content as live plants..... you have never bothered to work on it. and U have successfully killed all the plants) HOw can i accept your apologies for the delay caused. How can you understand how disappointed I must be to see all the rotten and complete killed plants. DISGUSTING and REALLY SAD.... I am raising the issue after paying Rs. 340 for a small piece of parcel. I think DTDC should be serious and responsible about what you are saying. YOU are custom support staff!!! DTDC has to return back the amount Total Rs. 1140 (Rs. 340 courier charges and 800 Rs plant charges) which I have spent on the assignment. Very very bad experience....i felt the need to share the tragic incident with society to create awareness about DTDC. Best wishes and regards,

Very bad service of this courier service . I will inform other customer not to use this service After 8 days when I call customer service . They say that the parcel is held . Reason not known . They want me to go on different site , lodge complaint , Pay Rs 2 for tracing my documents . Speed post document reached in 3 days . Who will refund the courier charges . No intimation of documents
