Consignee was in off when he got msg Door Closed. He forwarded msg to me from the destination where he was waiting for the document. At about 4.30 talked to customer service he said we have time upto 7.00 P.M. so you should get it by then. While accepting the docoment I was told 130 rs for normal n 300 Rs for express, hence paid 300 Rs for urgency but did not get delivery in promised time. Customer Service said your booking is for delivery by 2nd Aug in the system. Express survice has code "V" in the airway bill no whereas yours is "X". Could not understand the game. Franchisee is playi g with the customer or what. I smell RAT in the game.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
