I asked about my parcel on phone no. +91 70033 52273 at 18:00hrs which was provided by you .He replied that the parcel is on hold and can not be delivered. I asked the reason of holding the parcel then he started abusing me on call. Is this the way of behaving with the customer. What action are you going to take against him. Kindly reply.

DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
