Worst experience only dtdc there abused customer when i call no addticates provide via team and family also my parcel also hold on 9 sep no specific reason why holding my parcel also said wanted card details if i not shared then drop call.

Very bad service of this courier service . I will inform other customer not to use this service After 8 days when I call customer service . They say that the parcel is held . Reason not known . They want me to go on different site , lodge complaint , Pay Rs 2 for tracing my documents . Speed post document reached in 3 days . Who will refund the courier charges . No intimation of documents
