I have booked my urgent document parcel from your Thane main office @service road of flower valley on 07.10.24 in morning session. I have been promised by concern booking person that it will be delivered at destination(Nashik) by next day(08.10.24) before 6 pm. Neither your tracking system working properly neither it is delivered yet. Today is 09.10.24(3rd day of booking). Your charges are highest amongst all courier services in India but no good service. DTDC shipment # : D3003810386 booked from the sender on 8th Oct 2025. Delivered at whitefield branch ion 13th Oct 2025. They do not have tome to deliver till date. ie 24th Oct 2025. I think whitefield branch doing pooja with my consignment. No responsibility to deliver ontime and DTDC is not service oriented. they srewup our lifes. this very imp document i lost my job opurtunity due to the delay services.
