Worst it has been 1 week still not received...they rejected the parcel without calling me

Iam order a item in June 11and they sent that in this courier service .but the message came in June 20 that was your item delivered but nobody came to my house to deliver anything .still I didn't get my item

My parcel has been lost. It has been more than 20 days it is not delivered to me. It is a kind request to everyone please oppose DTDC courier service. It is worst than ever.

Really worest experience ever.i am sending at 17.june today 22 june.it show my percel was delivered.but receiver not get the percel.i have confuse what will b happen with my percel.

This is the worst service that I have ever experienced. They said that the company system will be by parceled by 5 day. After 15 days also there is no tracking, no updates from the agent and agent will not pick up the call after payment. Giving 1 star is also waste.

D02126639 It was booked on 11 Jun. Until 20 th June it was kept at origin. Horrible negligence of and not knowing where the parcel is. When called the booking agent was very careless in response. No responsibility. Dtdc didn't know how to track the parcels. Who is responsible for the delay and the loss of perished items in parcel. What should dtdc pay for the tension and frustration caused by the delay? I think this should be brought to notice of consumer forum and make dtdc speak. Because there is clear evidence...i am sure dtdc must respond.
