I have not received my parcel and there is no option for money refund.

Someone send me a courier on 3 oct and still i dont get my parcel It shows it deliver in ludhiyana Bc i m living here in saharanpur How dtdc deliver my parcel on Ludhiana

W15116983 dated 2nd October 24 booked from Jaipur for Gurgaon still not delivered. On line search says that it has been delivered in Ludhiana. Is this the way DTDC work??

15/10/2024 I have booked a parcel Delhi to Azamgarh but showing status London to Ludhiana delivered on 09 september. Whats goings on here ???

Worst service Almost one month my corier was not delivered

Worst of the worst delivery company, charging huge amount for air transport and it takes more days then road transport. Still not yet reached even after 10 days for domestic. No follow ups and no messages, when spoken to customer service they only tell to wait 24hrs (golden words) regarding the updates . Which is useless because they don’t even bother to get back regarding the updates. Seriously if this is the type of service which is being provided why bother charging huge amount . Horrible experience!!!

Worst service from su h well known courier service. My parcel is dispatched from Mumbai for Ahmedabad First 5 days it was showing parcel is in Mumbai the after a week it's showing Ludhiana to London. Have expected such hopeless this ever from them. Totally useless and careless fellows.
