Lost one of my items during the DTDC transport and no-one is responding in spite of making a complaint

The D89235409 needs to be delivered to Mumbai it shows KYC pending in London UK...

Worst service...my parcel booked on 23 sept 24 from Pune to Ahmedabad is not delivered yet... Tracking shows it delivered to Ludhiana

I didn't get my product....but it shows delivered....bad experience...I ordered express delivery item...it took only 2 days

Tracking the courier by its consignment number for a courier, to Kolkata from Bangalore shows Delivered from Ludhiana to London. How much more ridiculous can it get

Same tracking number was given to multiple persons and it shows delivered but not yet delivered... Tracking system is also worst...Last time they delivered to a nearby house and they didn't informed us ...After so many calls tracing for our parcel...we found out it was given to the our nearby house...worst...

Useless service... Before dtdc was known for its prompt delivery now..they cheat.. same tracking number given to multiple people and tho courier not delivered in tracker it shows delivered...NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.. ALL PARCELS ARE UNSAFE WITH THEM
