Express Parcel not delivered to correct address. Delhi courier party rude and unhelpful in solving issue. Has created huge problem on our end as receiving party is leaving the country without this shipment. This makes DTDC an unreliable courier

One envelope was sent from Mumbai on 10.10.24 to my residence at Gomtinagar, Lucknow. On 11.10.24, it is being shown as delivered at Ludhiana. Very frustrating experience. Poor service of DTDC.
