Very poor service and behaviour of delivery partner is very bad

Worst courier service. Wrong information is delivered.my product is not delivered but here showed that it's done

Worst experience only dtdc there abused customer when i call no addticates provide via team and family also my parcel also hold on 9 sep no specific reason why holding my parcel also said wanted card details if i not shared then drop call.

What's going on here... R u guys serious to update ur records.. My parcel is despatched on Oct 01 2024 for delivery at Chandigarh.. But when tracked it is showing to already have been delivered that too at Ludhiana and more surprisingly on Sep 09 2024... U r toooooo fast guys... Lightning speed.. delivered before despatch and that to somewhere else.... WORST SERVICES..

What is this ? I have not received the package but it is showing delivered to Ludhiana on September 9th and the parcel was sent only on 29th September

Wrong information about the delivery

From mumbai i have courier on 26/09/2024 but till 03 the courier have not delivered it's a worst service ever o have seen. Whenever I call they give excuse morning / evening really they executive have no comment fed up of this service literally.
