Very poor service like extremely poor

Booked on 03-10-2024.Not recieved yet. Is it Fast service.

I have booked my urgent document parcel from your Thane main office @service road of flower valley on 07.10.24 in morning session. I have been promised by concern booking person that it will be delivered at destination(Nashik) by next day(08.10.24) before 6 pm. Neither your tracking system working properly neither it is delivered yet. Today is 09.10.24(3rd day of booking). Your charges are highest amongst all courier services in India but no good service. My booking no. is V77358697.

Worst ever service. If book the shipment nobody response .

Where is my parsel

Parcel booked on 01.10.2024 still not delivered & there is no one to answer or help to track parcel.

Parcel booked on 4/10/24, destination mumbai shows item delivered in Ludhiana on 9/9/24, are you kidding?

Frauds...running a big scam...asked for 2 or 5 rupee and share you some link or APK file..after that your money will go..

Parcel not delivering in proper time, moreover rude behave...

Worst service. Never book the consignment with this DTDC. Very very poor service.No value of time and commitment. They throw your material in between and do not deliver the parcel at time Please be careful before sending material through this DTDC. At the time of booking they take the material and then in between they hold the material due to non availability of the proper vehicle. They don't have proper vehicle to deliver the material and very very poor services. Just the wasting of time and money. If ther is minus rating then it should be given to this company. Requesting all the penalized auch company for the delay in delivery. Please be careful booking your consignment with DTDC.
