Worst customer service. Your delivery system is horrible. You do not deserve to be in this business.

Tracking ID 7X7488337 the delivery agent was very rude and called me yelling at me. Please teach and hire agents who know how to talk if not please do not get in this delivery bussinees... He was very very rude to a woman.

Ridiculous Service. Wasted my half an hour. The reason for non-delivery of my parcel is that my address is pending. I was asked to update my address by paying ₹2 for which I had to be in a WhatsApp video call. I had to share my screen open all the UPIs for three times, I was asked my credit card debit card number and much more. Finally what did they say you know aap ghar jaiye aur credit card se payment kijiye that also for ₹2. This is DTDC Customer Care Support.

Trust me, you don't know about customer service and you hardly care about it.
