15days over still parcel not arrived

Hi, I'm from mohali kharar Punjab, dtdc used to deliver my parcel next day, but since 4 months the service has gone mess, my pin code is 140301,i would like to have reasonable answer from dtdc authorities, hope everything goes right again, I have faith on dtdc service, but you need to work hard on the area I live.

Its been more than 12 days since the scheduled delivery but still did not receive the luggage and the customer service can only tell me to wait. No proper updates regarding why my parcel is not delivered. The dealer will ask me exta money to deliver the same luggage I paid full money for. Now there is no update of my luggage because I did not pay extra money. This is really a bad situation for a customer no person in DTDC takes responsibility. We are facing lots of problems.

Very poor service. My parcel was booked on 10.06.2024 from Sirsa to Hanumangarh which is only approx 120 km. But till 13.06.2024 the parcel is not reached

This a most 3rd class company . By air vizag documents dly time 5 days . Transit by by cycle or cow vechil.

Didn't receive parcel from 7days

Very Waste Service. Please Use any other Good Coriour Servces. I had ordered a Pen on 6.6.24. Still now it's in Pune.

I ever face the worst courrier service, it's been 5days gone but still haven't received the parcel

Worst organisation trying to scam the money from bank accounts please try to report this thing

Worst service ever blue dart is far better than DTDC hope this company closes soon so that many people can be safe of such a scam company

Worst service. Not delivered my consignment till date where it was expected to deliver on 4.06.24. It is very ordinary service not expected from DTDC.

These people don't even try to contact consignee for delivery and make false claim like we tried you were not there in house like comment . You will never get shipment status accurately on DTDC website Book your shipment and forget it " is the mantra . Of DTDC

One line, don't send any courier to dtdc, if you care your material or documents, one of the worst service and irresponsible people
