Worst service by courier industry is DTDC

Hi sir/ma'am my parcel is not yet delivered can you plzz help me out ??

Dont know what they are upto..everyday the parcel is out for delivery, never comes to my doorstep, and in the evening there is an update saying customer refused delivery! Either they are doing fake delivery attempts or doing delivery at wrong places...and if the latter is true..they arent even calling to confirm the correct address or to address the issue!

Wrost service my parcel not received

I booked a parcel to Vadodhara on Sunday and at the time of booking I specifically told them it should reach the designated place by Tuesday. The booking person assured me that it will reach definitely if booked under premium for which an extra amount was also charged. It has not reached even now.

Opens many pages for tracking

Very bad service. It is advised to avoid sending valuables through courier.

5 days have passed still not received the delivery

Worst service. The office staff also not much polite.

Pandavapura courier boy told me no b to b spacality available come and pick courier from office. Otherwise we will return. Is rhis communication with customer. Too bad

Worst service, courier boy will not respond correctly, always I'm going to office to take my parcel

Very bad courier service DTDC holistic on world.because of I cam to first mail courier service.then DTDC courier is not delivered within 5 days.
