Very very worst DTDC courier service That persons also no response our and message anything.my product (cloth) is there 2weeks neraluru branch only.i did many calls and messages at that branch no response I lost my money 1000rs Its very trouble for me..

Very slow delhivery courier and very low quality

I would give it zero It’s better to send your parcel through speed post , there is no big difference in your service . They only charge you extra for same other service providers

Worst courier service i’ve ever encountered. They are not able to deliver the package in the same city in more than a week and no one has any information about the package. Customer service is too dumb to help, nobody knows nothing except sitting idle and losing clients packages and playing dumb and too lazy to revert.

Worst ever service..lost my parcel after 6 days

Worst service they make such a delay.. More than 7-8 days.. Moreover to coverup wrong entries are made in tracking "as delivered" though it's actually not delivered.

Hopeless service with no proper contact numbers for customer service...parcel is not delivered but status is updated as delivered on the tracking number. Unable to reach anyone! All fraud no.s given in customer service!

Very bad services just to reach a parcel from Mumbai to neral does it takes 5 days from 3 June to 7 June still not received on the destination horrible shame on ur guys plz close ur services bad experience plz don't use such 3rd class courier

Very bad service, not yet received parcel, from last 10 days it's showing in transit.

Most horrible experience. Your parcel doesn't reach you and numerous phone calls do not take you anywhere and nobody knows where your parcel even after a week, when it was supposed to have reached you in 2 days.

I don’t know why govt is still allowing these people to run their business (scam).. it’s been already a week since we gave a parcel from Noida it was supposed to reach near hubli in 4-5 days..when I checked it in tracking after a week it’s still in delhi??! Who are these people?

Improve this or soon u will be shown other way to dustbin
