My parcel started nearly 15 day back till donot reached to me .its very worst corrier service.waste of time and money also mental stress.i will so many calls messages and mails also did not responce ..dtdc no customer number...in the website also doesnot working number are given

My parcel is out of delivery dated 07.06.24 but till date not received This courier service is very very slow and poor

Perhaps, DTDC has one of the worst courier services in the world! It's better to send consignments by Speed Post or Regd Post... A huge waste of time, money and energy running from pillar to post to salvage our goods from DTDC office ! At least they are dependable!

Very bad customer care. The tracking aite shows the old date and the customer call service or chat service or email service doesn't even respond . When I messaged about the updates in Instagram, they say the courier is in transit and reach as soon as possible. Literally annoying.

Worst service. Two live plants had been sent by a nursery from Nedumangad in Trivandrum district. The receiving address is Varkala. After two days, no response from DTDC. I just made a call. They discontinued the call before attending my issues. No return call. I tried to contact them several times. But not attending the call. The distance between the sender and the receiver is hardly 30 k.m. What else to say. The live plants become useless.
