DTDC reviews

I ordered my package one month ago literally a month ago and they always claim that they came for delivery and no one was available to recieve it but we didn't even recueve a single call we made calls infact . Such a irresponsible service I definitely do not recommend

Never ever take a DTDC service. The worst experience ever.

My parcel reached at 7 may 2024 at Main branch and today(8 may 2024) still not received the parcel

Very poor response at Madurai. Nobody attended the mobile phone. Particularly Elish Nagar hub staffs no response to customer's calls. Waste and poor communication

Parcel came to Hubli on 6/6/24 and the delivery fellow calls and says he can't deliver to the given address and will send tomorrow by other delivery person and till now I have not received my Parcel...

Courier sent from Dharbanga on 3rd May reached Patna on 7may.Will take another 3 days to reach Lucknow Doc K67568352.Even a normal post reach in 5 days. Poor service

Parcel tracking ID 7D105566618 was supposed to be delivered today. Didn't receive any call from DTDC's end, still got a message stating that parcel couldn't be delivered since door was locked. Please try to deliver it tomorrow and stop writing false reasons for failure to deliver

Very bad services, delivery boys never trying for delivery of parcels, my parcel was despatched on 27th but still now on 7th after 10 days it was not received by me.

Parcel sent from Coimbatore to chennai on 29 April has NOT been delivered as on May 7th. Understand it has been returned without attempting to deliver. There is always someone at home. No reason why it was returned. No one picking up phone at Guindy office. Pathetic and useless service
