My parcel has not been shipped yet..I ordered my parcel on 29.04.2024 and my estimated delivery date was in 04.05.2024 but it is not shipped yet..I had a very bad expeience with DTDC before also. If they cannot deliver the parcel to the customer on time so they should shut it down.. very bad service

We sent 2 documents from Bangalore within bangalore, we were promised it will be delivered within 2 days. It’s 5th day but item not delivered yet, pathetic services from DTFC now a days, they are loosing customer trust now.

Very poor service, I relative send a train tickets for holiday tour of my family's on 28/04/24 from shamgarh (M.P) for Ahmedabad till today08/05/24 9.20am docket not received. I am very much disappointed because my without tickets. . . . . .

I received 3 days message that out for but not delivered, one deleveryboy called and refused to come in my location. In the evening when I checked my amozon account there showing product has delivered rate now.I haven't received my product how can I give review.
