This parcel service is one of the worst. The parcel is showing out for delivery from last 5 days. After calling their Senior Executive saying his name is Rahul is saying u pay extra five rupees and I'll deliver ur parcel, On asking y to pay extra charges he is giving bad words.

The site says it’s delivered on 2 nd May but they didn’t receive any courier in Ernakulam.how is it possible.very bad experience

From irinjalakuda DTDC I have recieved a bad experience...that they delayed my courier and also they give irresponsible reply about the status update...instead of solving the complaint they are advising me to choose other courier service in future..I don't think that the official mangement will never know about this...This type of branches will ruin the reputation of brand DTDC

It's telling door locked, how can it possible, they even not given a call to me. It's telling parcel received on 30th April, but I have not received yet.
