Worst service ever

Very good service.

I booked my order on 12 April until I don't receive my order today is 25 April the order is shipped on DTDC courier in karmanghat

I trusted on dtdc and its one of the best courier service i belive

Poor service...I think they don't understand emergency at all..

Very very poor service

I booked for fast delivery paying high price but DTDC delivered so late that i lost important deal. Improper and Irresponsible response from Call Executive and Delivering DTDC doesnot have idea of my parcel for long time,delivery partner does not pick up the call. Not worth and Dissatisfied.

It's worst service,it took 9 days todomestic deliver .till now the parcel is not arrived.

Very long delay to delivered the parcel. The parcel office said there is no door delivery as available and address not found Very bad experience

My parcel was dispatched from delhi to mumbai 17th april delivery date was 22nd april today 24th april till the date my parcel not received so pathetic and the customer care peoples also not good they also talk unprofessional request you to please send my parcel today eod my contact no till date we are not aware whare is our parcel because no contact from delivery person 8976523963

My rating is zero for 100 because no correct tracking. Bagru to Salem parcel booked on 08/04/2024, but no movement is showing from starting destination. Too bad. I think any understanding with DTDC and booking party. Something wrong was there.
